The Mentoring pillar ensures that each member forms a tandem with a mentor for one year. In this one-to-one mentoring, the mentees are accompanied by their mentors throughout the program and they receive individually-tailored support. The mentors come from both academia and industry and can specifically consult the mentees on career issues. The individual mentoring is especially advisable towards the end of the doctorate.

Meanwhile, we also establish a peer mentoring (group mentoring). This form of mentoring can be taken without external mentors. The group consists only of the mentees who have previously learned different techniques of peer mentoring. All mentees can participate in this mentoring regardless of their career phase.
